Tools and Studs
To ease the mounting of the easywalker™ hoofshoe, we have developed our own easywalker tools:
- the "easyblocker" Versenker,
- the "easydrill 2" and
- the "easyscrew".
"easyblocker" (40.001) countersinker
dient zum Versenken des Nagelkopfes und gleichzeitigem Anziehen des Nagels.
"easydrill 2" (40.002)
Zum Bohren der Löcher im Beschlag gibt es den easydrill Stufenbohrer, der sowohl das Loch als auch die Ausnehmung für die Platte des Gewindeeinsatzes bohrt. Der integrierte Fräser fräst im gleichen Arbeitsgang auch die Vertiefung um den Gewindeeinsatzplan im Beschlag zu versenken.
The stud system in M8 consists of:
- studs (sizes: 5.5, 8, 11, 14, 20), cadmium-plated, with or without hard metal pin
- thread inserts: standard, sport and
NEW since 2015: sporting insert with slot (compare picture) - and cover caps.

for the ambitious use in Jumping, the outside thread protects from screw unlocking. - 30.009 cover inch M8:
to use instead of a stud, protecting the thread from being damaged or soiled.
